Peter Aronstam brings more than 35 years of senior financial leadership to executive teams and boards, with expertise in accounting, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as Chief Financial Officer — on a full-time, interim, and fractional basis — for venture-backed start-ups, healthcare and biopharma companies, medical device and other manufacturers, including publicly listed businesses.
Since 2000, Peter has partnered with CEOs, investors, and boards of directors to strengthen financial performance, build operational controls, and execute growth and exit transactions. He has helped companies raise more than $500 million in debt and equity capital. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate and international banking with major multinational financial institutions.
Peter is known for his ability to assess complex business situations quickly, identify underlying issues, and implement practical solutions that strengthen financial systems and enhance enterprise value. His legal training provides a distinct advantage in analyzing contracts and transaction structures.
Born and educated in South Africa, Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws, and a PhD in Law from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has worked in South Africa, Canada, and the United States, and currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
